2. About this site
The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing Wayland’s products and capabilities. Nothing on it is an offer, warranty, or commitment to supply any product or service. 6. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Content may include forward-looking or aspirational statements about capabilities in development; these are not guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayland will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
